Executive Housekeeper The Interlaken Inn 74 Interlaken Road, Lakeville, CT 06039 Job Summary The Interlaken Inn is seeking a responsible individual to help lead it’s team of housekeepers and guide them through their day to day activities. Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Cleaning guest rooms to the standards of the Executive Housekeeper Ensuring housekeeping practices of the Executive Housekeeper are executed by the staff Guest room inspections Communication with each department about day to day events Training, coaching and motivating staff Inventory of guest supplies and linen Qualifications and Skills Candidate must have experience leading a team of 10 or more individuals and be able to work a flexible schedule. Must have knowledge of current cleaning practices for hotels as well as experience in large laundry rooms. Some computer skills required. Previous housekeeping experience required. English and Spanish language proficiency a plus.
