Key Points for Candidates

• This Director of Housekeeping mush have experience in 4-Star or 5-Star hotels with 3-5 years’ experience in the Directors position
• Beach front properties experience is a plus.
• Salary is up to 100K plus bonus and benefits.
• This person will lead our team and develop the culture of our organization and work directly with Hotel Management staff to ensure of total 100% satisfaction Guest Ratings.
• The airport operations generally start at 3:00 am and slow down anywhere from 9:00pm – midnight depending on weather conditions. This person would be responsible for management, hiring and training all new team members.
• This person will report directly to the General Manager of the Hotel.
• Experience in managing large events and conventions is a big PLUS. Experience in management of Janitorial and laundry personal is needed
• Bilingual ability to communicate effectively is needed.
• Available to manage staff all times of the day
• Tenure in this position is important.
