Job Description:
Guaranteed Investment, LLC seeks a full-time Guest Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality property in Dania Beach, FL. The Guest Service Manager will be responsible for managing guest experiences, supervising staff, and ensuring all facility operations run efficiently and to high standards of cleanliness and service.?
Job Duties Include:
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and grounds to ensure compliance with cleanliness and appearance standards.
Enforce company protocols for guest service, housekeeping, and front desk operations.
Provide accurate information to guests regarding facility policies, services, and amenities.
Interview, hire, train, and, when necessary, terminate staff.
Monitor employee performance and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
Coordinate front desk and guest-facing operations, resolving issues promptly.
Manage budgets, approve expenditures, and allocate funds to departments.
Track and evaluate financial performance to ensure operational profitability.
