Seeking energetic, experienced Housekeeping Supervisor with a great attitude and keen eye for cleanliness and details. High volume hotel, hands-on approach to success. This is a Full Time position – weekends (and holidays) are a must!
PRIOR HOTEL HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Responsibilities:
Supervise a diverse Housekeeping team by leading by example, empowering, sharing, and coaching. Ensure all guest and service areas are cleaned in a timely manner. Manage guests’ special requests for an exceptional guest experience. Keep a pulse on supplies and expenses in order to meet or exceed budget goals. Respond to guest requests and concerns, attending to guest need with prompt courtesy.
Requirements:
Working knowledge of hotel housekeeping expected. Supervisory skills are required. Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, management, and guests. Full Time employees enjoy great benefits including Marriott discount travel.
