We are seeking a reliable, dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team, and must be a team player. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and a passion for providing exceptional service. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas in accordance with hotel standards. Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and toiletries as needed. Dust, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a clean and welcoming environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist in laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness while adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. Responsible for any assignments or tasks given by the Executive Housekeeper or General Manager. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and practices. Familiarity with housekeeping management principles is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods. Knowledge of floor care techniques is beneficial for maintaining various types of flooring throughout the hotel. A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
