Housekeeping Supervisor Balhala Group LLc Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, with a focus on ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on approach, as well as the ability to train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service. Duties Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff to uphold quality standards in cleaning and maintenance. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for various areas including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance overall guest experience. Skills Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and practices related to housekeeping management. Proficiency in floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning, hard surface maintenance, and industrial cleaning methods.
