The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all linens and towels are clean, fresh, and properly stocked. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to meet health and safety standards. Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring all items are handled with care. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction. Uphold the hotel’s standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
