Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Require one year of prior experience in commercial or institutional housekeeping
Prefer previous experience in a supervisory role
Prefer a high school diploma or

GED RESPONSIBILITIES

Overseeing housekeeping functions throughout the community, including periodic inspections to ensure all quality standards are being met
Supervising housekeeping staff, including shift scheduling and designating areas
Maintaining and stocking the housekeeping cart(s), including securing chemicals
Cleaning apartments and common areas as needed, including vacuuming, dusting, laundry, trash removal, etc.
Communicating effectively with residents and staff
