GME programs on the hospital campus currently include general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, internal medicine and transitional year. Patel Research Institute, also located at AdventHealth Tampa, leads the way in clinical and academic research in the areas of neuroscience, cardiovascular medicine, advanced surgery and more – contributing valuable knowledge that leads to tomorrow’s cures for conditions such as heart failure, cancer and other diseases.” The role you’ll contribute: The Director of Director EVS, Patient Transport, & Volunteer Services maintains the highest possible standard of customer satisfaction through cleanliness and patient throughput at Advent Health Tampa. The Director of Director EVS, Patient Transport, & Volunteer Srvcs will develop relationships with all levels of leadership to deploy quality methodologies consistent with all internal and regulatory care standards. He/she will connect and build enduring relationships with all team members to foster an engaged work environment and provide ongoing evidence-based sanitary training that delivers results. Plans, organizes, and controls all environment of care activities that will ensure the safety, health and morale of patients, visitors and team members The value you’ll bring to the team: Actively leads and participates in strategic planning for the department and manages the plan to achieve department goals, regulatory compliance, and objectives consistent with organizational vision and direction of services for EVS, Patient Transport, & Volunteer Srvcs Develop relationships with all levels of leadership to deploy quality, cleaning methodologies consistent with DNV care standards for EVS, Patient Transport, & Volunteer Srvcs Supervises the operations of the EVS, Patient Transport, & Volunteer Srvcs personnel to ensure smooth, efficient, and courteous service to our customers, partners and team members. Creates, manages and analyzes annual budgets for revenue, labor and non-labor expenses and optimize staffing effectiveness while achieving economies of scale.
