Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services/Custodial Manager 2 for a healthcare account in Tallahassee, FL. Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare is a 728 bed Hospital group with a large Main Campus and 24 outlying buildings, approximately 2.5 million square feet. This position will manage a team of housekeepers on the evening shift and work every other weekend and holiday and report to the Operations Manager. Incentives $5,000 sign on bonus What You’ll Do be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores
provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department
lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives
effectively manage the Unit Operating System
