This role is essential in supporting the management of daily operations within our facility, ensuring that all cleaning and housekeeping tasks are performed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality or custodial services and possess strong leadership skills to guide a team effectively. Duties Assist the Supervisor in overseeing daily operations and staff performance. Ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained according to established standards, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Train and mentor new staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage. Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
