Role:

The Executive Director of Housekeeping is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the housekeeping department, ensuring that cleanliness and sanitation standards are met consistently across the facility. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping management or a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in hospitality management or a related field. Experience in budget management and cost control within a housekeeping department.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
