Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead daily cleaning operations across a portfolio of shared and short-term rental apartments. The ideal candidate will manage a team of in-house and external cleaners, ensuring all spaces meet high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and schedule housekeeping staff for both long-term and short-term rental units Conduct quality control inspections and ensure all spaces are consistently cleaned and stocked Monitor linen inventory, supply usage, and reorder as needed Coordinate turnovers, deep cleans, and common area maintenance Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping team members Respond to urgent cleaning issues and maintain communication with operations and maintenance teams Implement and uphold safety, hygiene, and company standards
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in housekeeping management (preferably in hospitality or multifamily housing) Strong leadership and team coordination skills Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple units with short deadlines Familiarity with cleaning standards for short-term rentals or hotels Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
