The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, with experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning environments. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the cleaning staff, ensuring adherence to company standards for cleanliness and safety. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on best practices in floor care and housekeeping management. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Address any issues or concerns raised by staff or clients promptly and professionally. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for staff use.
