RESPONSIBILITIES

Always conducts self in a professional manner. Adheres to the established standard of conduct and house rules; fire, safety and emergency regulations; and department procedures and policies. Dresses in issued uniform and ensures a neat, clean, and tidy appearance at all times. Reports to shift on time. Is aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notifies the Assistant Director or Manager in adequate time. Ensures that House Attendants follow all Four Seasons standards including attendance, uniform, service and coaches the team when necessary. Covers the duties of the House Attendants when they are off, on vacation, sick, leave of absence, etc. Guides and trains House Attendants under the direction of the Director and Assistant Director of Residences. Creates and maintains work assignments and reports to assigned area(s) with required keys, equipment, supplies, etc. Checks with Director and Assistant Director of Residences and/or Concierge on duty for special attention areas and informs House Attendants of any special projects. Instructs the House Attendants to greet as many Residents as possible using their names. Assists the Residential Team during emergencies including all pre, during and post emergency procedures or preparations. Reports to the Residences Director or Assistant Director any engineering issues, leaks or other important matters noticed throughout the building. Ensures that all housekeeping equipment including radios, earpieces, vacuums and floor polishers are being used properly, in good working condition and stored correctly. Inspects all common areas, including the Residential Lobby, floors/hallways, elevator cabs, elevator tracks, service corridors, emergency exit stairs, Owner storage locker rooms, Owner’s Lounge, Residential Concierge Desk, Residential Perimeter, Residential Package Room, cardboard compacting and Residential Trash Chute & Dumpster. Checking cleanliness standards, that they are in good working order as well as checking cleaning supplies inventory. Report any problems to the Director of Residences, Assistant Director of Residences and Concierge on duty. Makes sure that the Residential Owner’s Lounge, Passenger Elevators and tracks, Residential Trash Chute and Dumpster and common areas are clean at all times including monthly maintenance of Trash Chute and that discarding of cardboards are done properly. Checks for completion of maintenance work orders for the common areas. Supervises the House Attendants’ work areas during their shifts and all housekeeping operations within the Tower Residences ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, i.e. special projects, general cleaning. Conducts spot checks and ensures proper procedures and steps are being taken. Follow up on all deficiencies. Checks to ensure that all House Attendants return keys and sign out at the end of their shift. May be assigned other duties/responsibilities as required, including covering shifts for sick or otherwise unavailable employees.
