Hotel Housekeeping Manager Home2 Suites Crestview Crestview, FL The Housekeeping Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are maintained throughout the hotel. This leader manages the housekeeping and laundry departments efficiently and controls costs by performing the following duties.

Compensation:

$17 – $20 hourly

Responsibilities:

Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public spaces. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene protocols across the property. Monitor and manage labor productivity and department costs, adhering to budgeted guidelines. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to promote a positive work environment and high performance. Oversee inventory and supply management, ensuring adequate stock levels while adhering to budget guidelines.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in property management systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook). We welcome applicants at all levels. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential.
