Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of performance. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for efficient operations. Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. Maintain records related to housekeeping operations, including staff schedules and supply usage. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards. Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and safety protocols is advantageous. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and guests.
