Housekeeping Supervisor MaiHana Hotel Orlando, FL 32819 Join Our Hotel Team as a Housekeeping Supervisor Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for hospitality? MaiHana, a boutique hotel is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and elevate our housekeeping operations, ensuring our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet our quality standards. Assign tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor their performance. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance. Train and mentor housekeeping employees on cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. There may be days where you will clean rooms or work on special projects.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in housekeeping or a related role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory position. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, products, and equipment. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
