We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Housekeeping Room Attendant responsibilities include, but are not limited to; Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, to meet established cleanliness standards. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed to ensure guest comfort. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance. Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties in guest rooms and hallways. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly. Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all equipment is in good working condition. Assist with special cleaning projects as required by management or during peak periods. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

What are we looking for? Weekend availability Previous experience in custodial or industrial cleaning preferred, particularly within hotel or hospitality settings. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and team members.
