Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the housekeeping operations of a hospitality or hotel establishment
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of housekeeping staff
• Ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
• Address guest concerns or complaints regarding housekeeping services
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Experience:

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of custodial and commercial cleaning practices
• Familiarity with laundering procedures and equipment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with staff, guests, and other departments
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
