The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and housekeeping management, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff alike. Duties Lead, supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels. Implement effective floor care procedures, including carpet cleaning, tile maintenance, and other specialized cleaning tasks. Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance the overall guest experience. Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff schedules, supply usage, and inspection reports. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar supervisory role within the hospitality or hotel industry. Strong knowledge of custodial practices, industrial cleaning techniques, and floor care procedures. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
