The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring a pristine environment for our guests. This role requires effective leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of housekeeping operations. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a motivated and skilled team. Conduct regular inspections of resident rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and special requests. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are available for staff use. Address residents inquiries or concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management within the Skilled Nursing facilities, hospitals, or healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, floor care, and custodial practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and guests. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
