Tuscan Gardens is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and manage all functions of our Housekeeping and Laundry Departments. The ideal candidate will ensure a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout our facilities, while leading a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning schedules and laundry services. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to company standards and policies. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities to maintain cleanliness and safety. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper usage. Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Implement and uphold health and safety regulations within the housekeeping and laundry departments.
