Hotel Bardo Savannah is looking for a passionate, service-driven, and confident Director of Housekeeping to lead by example, train, and mentor our Housekeeping team. This hands-on leadership role supports the Housekeeping team in the daily operations of the Housekeeping department. In this role, you will work with a team of hospitality professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the quality and consistency of the guest experience and room cleanliness by implementing and enforcing resort and brand housekeeping standards Lead and foster a positive and engaging work culture Assist the Director of Housekeeping in overseeing operations of the Housekeeping department Collaborate and work cohesively with other team members and departments Handle challenges with poise and positivity Maintain organization within the Housekeeping department Effectively respond to guests’ requests, problems, or complaints in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner
Qualifications:
