This position involves overseeing all housekeeping operations, managing staff, and maintaining quality control to provide guests with a comfortable and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all guest rooms and public areas. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to enhance performance and efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests. Address any guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping in a timely and professional manner. Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff schedules, inventory logs, and inspection reports. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning products is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
