Job Duties :

Conduct safety and quality inspections Support the onboarding, training, and day-to-day operations of the Team Members Support onsite retention activities, praise, motivate and recognize achievements Clean rooms or hotel area, if needed Serve as an example to the team Requirements Fluent in English & Spanish At least 1+ year experience as a housekeeping inspector in a hotel (Required) Availability to work weekends and holidays as well as during the week Hours may vary AM & PM (Flexibility Required) Experience with training and coaching Team Members Strong verbal and written communication Comfortable with technology/computers Team player Great attitude and willingness to learn
