This role is crucial in ensuring that our hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction while providing effective leadership to the overnight team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, housekeeping management, or commercial cleaning, along with strong supervisory skills. Duties Supervise and manage the overnight staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Oversee overnight operations, including kitchen cleaning and common areas. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff. Address local team inquiries and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service throughout the night. Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations during the overnight shift. Train new staff members in procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations. Conduct bi-weekly walks with Hotel management team. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry or commercial cleaning sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of overnight cleaning supervision, including laundering techniques and cleaning protocols. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest relations. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with custodial practices and safety regulations is preferred.
