This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, with experience in housekeeping management and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality services. Duties Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Manage laundry services, including laundering linens, towels, and uniforms efficiently and effectively. Perform regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and special requests. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary. Implement best practices in commercial cleaning and custodial services to enhance operational efficiency.
