The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining cleanliness and organization in various environments, including residential and hospitality settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Housekeeper will ensure that all areas are kept clean, sanitized, and well-maintained, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for guests and residents alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards. Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Maintain cleanliness in bathrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring proper hygiene standards. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow all health and safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly manner. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices. Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team. Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members effectively. A positive attitude towards providing excellent service in a dynamic environment.
