Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in all areas. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and standards for staff to follow. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance levels. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition. Address customer service inquiries and resolve any issues related to housekeeping services promptly. Oversee specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitization processes. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the housekeeping department. Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, or custodial services. Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices and sanitation standards.
