Summary The supervisorcoordinates the activities of employees engaged in cleaning andmaintaining premises of commercial, industrial, and medicalestablishments by performing the following duties. Full-TimePosition Pay $13.00 – $17.85 Job Duties

• Assign tasks to workers,and inspects completed work for conformance to standards
• Overseefloor and carpet care employees
• Issues supplies and equipment
• Resolves workers’ problems or refers matters to Manager
• Performsduties of workers supervised
• Directly supervises 2 to 50employees
• Assists in interviewing, hiring, and training employees
• Plans, assigns, and directs work
• Appraises employee performance
• Addresses customer complaints and resolves problems RequirementsThree years experience with supervision, janitorial cleaningindustrial cleaning, and floor care experience required.

HighSchool Diploma or equivalent preferred. Reliable transportation toensure consistent dependability required. Must be able to meetphysical requirements of position.
