Housekeeping and Environmental Services Director 1.0 1.0 out of 5 stars 100 Spring Harbor Drive, Columbus, GA 31904 Spring Harbor, Columbus, Georgia’s only Continuing Care Retirement community is looking for an Environmental/Housekeeping Manager to join our team.

Overview:

The ideal candidate will have management experience in custodial, housekeeping and environmental services, particularly in commercial cleaning settings. If you are passionate about maintaining a clean and safe environment, we want to hear from you.

Duties :

• Direct and oversee the production activities of the Environmental Services Department to include housekeeping, laundry and floor technicians.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols, as well as Spring Harbor’s policies and procedures.
• Participates in yearly budget planning for the department and accountability for adhering to established budget.
• Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, evaluations and termination recommendations of department personnel.

Experience :

• Previous management experience in custodial or commercial cleaning supervision required.
• Knowledge of long term care environmental service practices is a plus
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations related to environmental safety
