We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall upkeep of our facility in accordance with PCMS standards . This role is responsible for ensuring that all housekeeping operations are carried out efficiently and that all supervisors are active working leaders who maintain high-quality performance and submit accurate shift-end reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with PCMS cleanliness and safety standards. Monitor and evaluate the performance of housekeeping supervisors and staff , ensuring they are actively engaged in daily operations. Enforce standards of hygiene, cleanliness, organization, and overall facility appearance. Review and verify that all end-of-shift reports are complete, accurate, and submitted on time. Provide coaching and corrective feedback to supervisors and staff where necessary. Create and maintain housekeeping schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing coverage. Report maintenance or operational issues to the appropriate departments in a timely manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth facility operations. Conduct training and onboarding for new housekeeping employees and supervisors. Maintain adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure their proper use.
