Job Description:

As an Inspector and Trainer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our cleaning services.

You will be responsible for:

Conducting thorough inspections of completed cleaning jobs to ensure they meet company standards. Providing hands-on training and feedback to cleaning staff to improve performance. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

• Communicating clearly and professionally with clients, staff, and management.

Ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and company policies. Maintaining detailed records of inspections, training sessions, and performance reports.

• Must have a keen eye for cleanliness and organization. Personal accountability
• Takes ownership of work and ensures tasks are completed to the highest standard. Strong communication skills
• Ability to give constructive feedback and work effectively with team members and clients. Reliable transportation
