Environmental Services Supervisor Position Available In Berkshire, Massachusetts

Job Summary The Environmental Services Supervisor under the direction of the Director of Environmental Services oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned areas within the Environmental Services Department. He/she assists with the development of departmental plans, policies, and procedures. Works within annual operating and capital budgets. Ensures the quality of daily operations meets the established standards for cleanliness, appearance, and safety as outlined by BHS and regulatory agencies. Experience Two years of progressively environmental services housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting. Proven ability to perform evaluations, consultations, and discipline within established timeframes. Excellent written skills. Strong computer skills. Proven ability to work effectively with staff. Effective communication skills. License & Credentials Additional Requirements Education High School diploma or equivalent. Prior leadership experience, preferably in a customer service/support service function preferred.
