• Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, including training and scheduling
• Oversee inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies
• Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs
• Implement and maintain cleaning procedures and protocols
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally Skills
• Strong background in housekeeping management
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care
• Attention to detail to ensure all areas are kept clean and organized
• Experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping preferred
• Understanding of custodial operations in a commercial setting Verifiable references a must.
