Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Train, mentor, and manage housekeeping staff to uphold quality standards in cleaning procedures. Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any cleanliness-related issues promptly. Oversee floor care maintenance including carpet cleaning, waxing, and polishing hard surfaces. Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping services professionally and efficiently. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry or similar environment.
