Holden Beach Vacations & Realty is a small business in Holden Beach, NC. We are professional, agile and dedicated to helping our guest have a memorable vacation while maintaining confidence of care with our home owners. Our work environment includes a modern office setting. We are looking for Summer Inspectors to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting vacation rental properties following departure cleans. The inspection process covers all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and common areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in the vacation rental industry, a keen eye for detail and be able to work independently, have a valid NC drivers license to travel between house assignments and be capable of climbing stairs. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning and sanitation practices. Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction Responsibilities Ensure sanitation standards are met in all areas, including kitchens and bathrooms. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences. Handle any special requests from clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Pay varies by property.
