Position Summary:

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations, ensuring quality standards, coordinating schedules, and working closely with our operations and guest services teams. This is a full-time, salaried position that requires strong organizational and leadership skills, a hospitality mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily housekeeping operations across a portfolio of vacation rental properties Hire, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff and vendors Perform quality control inspections and uphold cleanliness standards Coordinate turnovers and deep cleans based on reservation schedules Track inventory and supplies; place orders as needed Maintain accurate records in digital platforms (such as Breezeway, Excel, Google Drive) Communicate with guest services team regarding issues, follow-ups, or special requests Assist with billing and reporting related to cleaning and linen services Provide hands-on support as needed during peak turnover days

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and time management skills Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with technology platforms (mobile apps, digital logs, etc.) Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal) Must be reliable, self-motivated, and calm under pressure Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
