Job Description:

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented cleaner with a strong background in professional cleaning to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, especially when interacting with property managers and maintenance staff. A vehicle and cell phone are required, along with the ability to use Zoom on a daily basis. This role also includes performing quality checks and helping to train new team members. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and attention to detail. The primary goal is to ensure a clean and pleasant environment for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a polished appearance. Sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.

Sanitization and Safety:

Disinfect frequently touched surfaces, including door handles, light switches, and countertops. Address spills or messes promptly to prevent accidents. Follow cleaning protocols and safety guidelines when handling cleaning supplies and equipment. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
