Responsibilities Duties include but not limited to cleaning rooms during daily operations. Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Train and mentor housekeeping staff in proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service skills. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and in good condition. Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests. Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff performance evaluations and supply usage. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality or hotel management with a focus on housekeeping operations. Strong background in industrial cleaning practices and custodial management. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is highly desirable.
