We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our new Piedmont Triad operations. This is a dynamic leadership role with the opportunity to drive growth, ensure safe and efficient service delivery, and build strong client relationships in one of the region’s most active markets.

Position Summary:

The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including project execution, team leadership, client development, and compliance. This individual will be responsible for achieving financial targets, managing field crews and supervisors, and ensuring that all work is performed safely and in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Qualified candidates should submit a resume and cover letter detailing relevant experience and interest in the role to Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of environmental technicians, supervisors, and project managers Oversee and ensure safe execution of services such as industrial cleaning, vacuum truck services, tank cleaning, spill response, site remediation, and waste transportation Maintain strict adherence to OSHA, DOT, EPA, and company-specific safety protocols Manage branch financial performance, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and cost control Build and maintain strong customer relationships; serve as point of contact for key accounts Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and partnering with the sales team Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, training, and equipment availability for all jobs Conduct job walks, scope reviews, and pre-job safety briefings as needed Maintain accurate records of job progress, incidents, and compliance documentation Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental/industrial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role Strong working knowledge of environmental regulations (RCRA, DOT, OSHA, etc.) Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams in fast-paced, high-risk environments. Must be a self-directed problem solver! Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; CDL preferred but not required 40-Hour
