Responsibilities Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize staff productivity while meeting guest needs. Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the housekeeping department. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, industrial cleaning practices, and custodial responsibilities. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to lead by example, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
