At Parks Hospitality Group , we believe that every guest deserves a clean and comfortable environment. As the Executive Housekeeper, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the housekeeping operations of the hotel, ensuring that every guest room and public area meets our high standards of cleanliness and comfort. You’ll lead and manage the housekeeping team to provide a spotless environment for our guests.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and comfort in all guest rooms and public areas. Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring they maintain high performance standards. Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are properly serviced and well-maintained. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring the team is well-stocked and prepared. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met. Handle guest complaints and concerns related to housekeeping services, resolving them promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall guest experience is exceptional.
What You’ll Need:
A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). 3+ years of housekeeping experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory or management role. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of cleaning standards and safety regulations. Ability to resolve guest issues with professionalism and care. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
