The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas according to established standards. Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs. Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working condition. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the housekeeping department. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred, particularly in hotel or hospitality settings. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and industrial cleaning techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
