Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote efficiency and high-quality service. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for staff. Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize staff productivity while maintaining high standards of hygiene. Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the hotel or facility. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
