We’re seeking a Housekeeping & Laundry Director to oversee both departments at our skilled nursing facility in Manchester, NH.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the housekeeping and laundry departments. Develop and implement cleaning and sanitation protocols that meet regulatory standards. Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping and laundry staff. Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage departmental budgets. Conduct routine inspections to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and resident satisfaction. Collaborate with nursing and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
Prior leadership experience in environmental services, preferably in long-term care or healthcare. Strong knowledge of infection control and OSHA regulations. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent organizational and communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent required; related certifications preferred.
