Showboat SB Waterpark Land LLC Summary of Position The Park Services Supervisor at Island Waterpark is critical to ensuring an overall clean atmosphere of Island Waterpark that meets or exceeds brand and guest standards. The Park Services Supervisor is responsible for directly overseeing the associates who are maintaining restroom sanitization, cleanliness of pool deck areas, wiping down surfaces, stain removal and overall general cleaning Organizational Relationships Reports to:

Waterpark Park Services Attendants Qualifications and Skills Must be 18years of age or older Strong skills with the ability to motivate and manage a large team Demonstrated leadership experience with team-oriented approach Standing and walking forl ong periods of time Must be able to speak,read,write and communicate in English to adequately perform the duties of the job Ability to work varying schedules that include evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours as business dictates. Bilingual preferred by not required Education and Experience High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience Proactive and able to initiate tasks and work independently without constant Strong customer service and oral communication skills Previous experience with sanitation and guest services Previous experience with safe handling and utilization of chemicals according to instructions Duties and Responsibilities Protects establishment and guests by adhering to cleanliness of the entire Waterpark Oversee associates who performance daily routine chores and maintenance of the Waterpark to ensure overall cleanliness and a neat and orderly appearance, including the cleaning of decks, restrooms, locker rooms and shower areas. Ensures that furniture and hard surfaces of public areas are clean and organized; Keeps floors free of debris and spills and empties all waste receptacles in public spaces Maintains cleaning chemical and cleaning supplies inventory and orders additional items as Schedules Park Service Attendants as appropriate to ensure a clean environment in all areas of the waterpark. Mentors, coaches and counsels Park Service Associates on their attendance and work Responsible for the promotion of a safe and professional workplace through adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Island Waterpark handbook and other training material Interacts with waterpark guests by greeting, answer questions and responding to requests Showboat Core Values Demonstrates Showboats core values in the performance of position responsibilities: Friendly Focused
