Perform and lead teams in lighthousekeeping, heavy housekeeping, and laundry aide duties acrossvarying shifts. Lead staff training, quality control, andin-service sessions; ensure timely completion of projects andprograms. Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies,personnel, and equipment while using HCSG computer software. Act asliaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff;communicate directives effectively. Use protective gearappropriately; ensure safe use of cleaning solutions and adherenceto safety precautions. Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality,and timely completion of tasks. Represent HCSG positively throughcourteous interactions with supervisors, co-workers, client staff,residents, and guests. All other duties as assigned. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred. Two years ofexperience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferred.

Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate withbuilding occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to performdaily tasks. Compliance with

vaccination policies. Must beable to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods. Must beable to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously. Must beable to work around food and cleaning products.
