Director of Housekeeping RAM Recruiting South Plainfield, NJ 07080 A skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced and hands-on Director of Housekeeping to lead our environmental services team. This full-time role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all housekeeping operations throughout the facility Train, supervise, and schedule housekeeping staff Ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and infection control protocols Conduct regular inspections and address areas needing improvement Maintain supply inventory and coordinate ordering as needed Work closely with other departments to ensure resident comfort and safety

Requirements:

Prior experience in a housekeeping leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards Ability to manage and motivate a team Familiarity with regulatory and safety standards in healthcare
